By placing an order for products or services offered by Elite Plus (“the Company”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service for Online Sales. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from making a purchase through our website.
Ordering and Payment
To place an order, you must provide accurate and complete information, including billing and shipping details.
Payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept UPI/Bank Transfer payment methods.

Order Confirmation
Upon receipt of your order, we will send you an order confirmation via email, which will include details of your purchase.
The order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order; it is a confirmation that we have received your order.
GST Invoice: For GST invoice please send your GST details at the time of purchase.

Minimum Order Value
- DOMESTIC SALES: There is no minimum order value but please bear in mind that the freight charges can make some orders uneconomical.
- INTERNATIONAL SALES: Limited items will supply to outside the India
Delivery Schedule
Your order is processed immediately. Orders are normally dispatched within 2-4 business days. Should for some reason the product you ordered not be in stock we will send you an email confirmation highlighting the estimated delivery time. Should the estimated delivery time not be acceptable to you, a return email is sufficient to cancel your order.
Volume Purchasing
We can provide additional discounts for large purchases. If you are purchasing for the GOVERNMENT, a SCHOOL or UNIVERSITY, request a QUOTE and one of our customer support associates will respond to you immediately.
Purchase Orders
We can accept Official Purchase Orders from hospitals, schools, universities, government agencies and corporations.
Product Availability
Product availability is subject to change. If a product is unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and provide options, which may include cancelling the order or waiting for restocking.
Shipping and Delivery
We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your order within the estimated delivery timeframe. However, we are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
